Warning! Do not add essential oils.

If using a custom yoni steam: Place the bowl or basin under the yoni steam chair. Position the seat or chair over the bowl so that the steam can rise and be directed towards the vaginal area. Ensure the seat or chair is sturdy and comfortable. Pour hot water into seat.

If using Mirror Mirror Yoni Seat or similar: Place the seat inside the hole in your toilet. Make sure it is comfortably in place before pouring hot water into seat.

Carefully pour the herbal blend into the hot water. Allow it to steep for a few minutes. Adjust the temperature: Make sure the steam is warm and comfortable, not too hot to avoid burns. Be cautious and test the steam with your hand before sitting over it. Sit over the steam for about 20-30 minutes, allowing the herbal steam to rise and envelop the vaginal area. Relax, breathe deeply, and take this time for self-care and meditation. You can read a book, listen to soothing music, or simply focus on your breath. After the session, carefully stand up and remove the towel or blanket. Dress warmly: Your body temperature may be elevated, so wear comfortable and warm clothing. Rest and relax: It's recommended to avoid any strenuous activities or sexual intercourse immediately after the steam to allow your body to fully benefit from the session. Clean up: Empty the bowl and clean the yoni steam seat or chair according to the manufacturer's instructions.
